Living Room
Large living room with walkout to extra-large private deck and AMAZING view of East Lake Okoboji.
These two comfy sofas pull out to queen-sized beds. No need to move either couch as there is enough room to open out and still move between. No need to remove cushions to pull out the beds - this incredible design makes for the easiest set-up and put-away. All of the bedding is kept in the living room cabinets, so you truly have your own space.
This modern electric fireplace and mantel really adds to the fresh feel of Okoboji Sweet Retreat! The Smart TV includes many apps, including Netflix.
This large living space includes TWO recliners! You can all enjoy watching TV, the cozy fireplace, or incredible views of the lake. True comfort throughout!
BOTH couches pull out like the one you see. To open, all you do is pull from the back of the center top cushion (you do not remove any cushions) and the bed opens up! To put it back you simply lift from the center bottom and it all returns to original.
In the cabinets in the living room you will find bedding for the queen-size sofa sleepers. You do not have to move the couches - there is room to pull them out and walk between. Comfy to sit on & comfy to sleep on!

Kitchen & Dining Room
The flow in Okoboji Sweet Retreat is one of ease, allowing space for coolers, beach bags, and areas to relax and enjoy!
The 50" round custom-made dining table can seat 6. The coffee bar includes a Cuisinart Thermal Coffeemaker and Single-Serve K-Cup Brewer. You will find a variety of options to start your day!
The L-Shaped kitchen with the large island makes easy traffic flow with multiple people. You will enjoy the ease of being in this kitchen!
The solid maple cupboards are well stocked, but more than half are open for your convenience to store your items. Notice the clean counters, also allowing space for your items!
The large refrigerator/freezer will provide you space for your food items. The ice maker and water dispenser are an added bonus. The large pantry beside the refrigerator is left open for your items.
The stove is electric with glass top. The cabinets beside the stove have assorted pots and pans and baking pans for all of your needs.
The new Kraus stainless steel sink is a single bowl making it much easier to work with larger items to clean, fill, etc. It includes a drying rack and cutting board that fit onto the sink, if desired.
The open design keeps the activities together, from meal prep to hanging out! All of the lighting offers dimmers so you can easily adjust to your personal liking!
The swivel bar stools makes time at the counter even more enjoyable!
Regardless your brewing preference, ENJOY your coffee from the new Cuisinart Thermal Coffeemaker and Single-Serve K-Cup Brewer at the coffee bar in the dining area!
If you enjoy specialty appliances, you will love it here! From the air fryer to the new Ninja blender you will be able to keep your routines going, or try something new! You will also find a blender bottle and a brother for those special beverages.

Enjoy the brand new knife set, steak knives, new tableware (it all matches), and assorted tools for your food prep and serving needs.
Here is a closer look at the tableware - you will be impressed with the quality and weight (it definitely should not bend)! The steak knives actually cut meat! You will find a pair of scissors in each drawer - when you need scissors you don't want to spend time hunting!
Master Bedroom, Bath, & Closet
The master bedroom has a lot to offer! The doors open out onto the extra-large private deck. The desk was crafted for this room with wood from the owners pastureland. Artwork throughout the condo is from the area reflecting Lake Okoboji.
The master bedroom features a king bed and also offers a fireplace for those cool nights and a Smart Tv loaded with apps, including Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. There is an attached private master bath and a very large walk-in closet. The ceiling fan is yet one more added bonus.
The counter in the master bath offers a comfortable amount of storage and outlets on each side for your convenience.
The master bathroom includes a shower. The hooks inside the shower will make drying your swimwear much easier!
The large master bath includes double sink with a large amount of storage. Two drawers and areas in the lower cabinets are open for the storage of your personal items.
The walk-in master closet is enormous! The 2 luggage racks and shelves are also on the other side of the door. That means you have 4 luggage racks and many shelves for your convenience. Also in the closet is the pack n' play and high chair.
2 Guest Bedrooms & Closets
The guest room features a queen Nectar mattress and frame. The window provides a really nice view of East Lake Okoboji. The adjustable ceiling fan allows guests added comfort.
The guest room provides a Smart TV with a variety of apps, including Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. The closet offers 2 luggage racks, hangers, and two shelves across the width of the closet for your personal items. Additional bedding items are located on the top shelf.
The bunk bed provides two full beds. The new foam mattresses are very comfortable and meet safety standards for the top railing.

Guest Bath, Laundry, & Patio Deck
The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Bathrooms are well-stocked with soft, absorbent towels.
The new black iron round mirror offers character to the bathroom. The countertop is spacious and you will find storage area in one drawer and some cupboards below for your toiletry items.
Life at the lake is SO MUCH EASIER when you have access to a washer and dryer! We provide you with the detergent - we just ask that you don't overload the appliances and that you clean out the lint trap on the dryer before each use.
You are going to really enjoy this over-sized, extra-large PRIVATE deck! We are so close to the lake, so the views are incredible! On Saturdays in the summer you will have an amazing view of fireworks shot off from Arnolds Park. ENJOY!!
The extra-large private deck can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. The party lights include a dimmer and timer. Enjoy the propane grill - but please follow all safety precautions when using. NOTE the mounted fire extinguisher.

This is the entrance to SOOO much entertainment at Bridges Bay Resort!! You enter here for the waterpark, arcade, fitness center, and also restaurants.
The waterpark is both indoor and outdoor, including a swim-up bar! Don't forget that when you stay at Okoboji Sweet Retreat you get 6 passes to the water park daily as well as access to the game room & fitness center!
The water slides at the waterpark are fun YEAR round!! Remember, you get 6 free passes to the waterpark each day you are staying with us!
The Bridges Bay indoor/outdoor Waterpark offers fun year round. During the offseason, open hours are usually weekends only. The location also includes a game room open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round. This also includes a gym.
In addition to the waterpark, Bridges Bay offers a number of swimming pools. This pool and covered area is right by the entrance to the Golden Gate condo - step out the door to the north and dip your toes in the pool!
Bridges Bay Resort offers 2 AMAZING restaurants! This is the outside seating area at TheWaterfront. They offer a fantastic menu including wood fire-grilled pizza...all while looking out at East Lake Okoboji! PERFECT!!
Bracco's is the second restaurant at Bridges Bay Resort. It is open during the summer months and, like The Waterfront, offers seating inside and out. Down the bank is additional seating and often times live music. Food and fun right off the lake!
Throughout the grounds at Bridges Bay Resort you will find opportunities for families to enjoy!
Winter in Okoboji is pretty! You can see the top of the trolley that takes you to the dock (in the summer).
